Thank you for taking your time to read about our movement.

We are a large group of owners at the Decoplage who have come together by sharing the same common goal. That common goal is the wellbeing of our investment, our getaway spot, our future nest egg, and our home which you may more commonly know as The Decoplage.

We believe the current path that this condominium is headed, will lead us towards further chaos and potential bankruptcy. If you are a new owner or have owned a property at the Decoplage for many years, you have likely noticed many problems and issues that are either not being resolved or most likely they are getting worse. This is the reason why we have come together.

Decoplage is located at one of the best locations in all of Florida. But unfortunately, it's currently suffering from one of the worst real estate price depreciation in its modern history, perhaps one that is even more disastrous than the 2008 and 2009 global financial crises. The cause of this alarming and catastrophic price depreciation of our home and investment is caused by mismanagement, abuse of power, and negligence by the current President of the association and her team.

The purpose of this Gofundme page is clear. Our plan is clear. We plan to use this money to hire an attorney to make sure the upcoming election in November is going to be fair and that only a specific number of security featured ballots according to the number of units in the building will be printed. We also want to make sure any electronic votes cast are legitimate votes cast by actual owners. We will also use this money to campaign for five selected owners at the Decoplage who will run for the five board positions. The five candidates will stand for unity and unite all owners and fix the problems that the current President and her team have done to our beautiful building. We will be sending monthly newsletters letting owners know what issues we are dealing with and how the five candidates plan to tackle those issues and what their agendas are. Our building cannot take another two years of the current President and her team. Our investments cannot take another two years of the current situation. If you care about your investments and your home, we ask you to stand with us and help support our movement and our cause.
