My Name Is Karain, my friends call me Rain.

Ten years ago, I stepped foot in Panama and found a piece of my soul. I began building a community centered around health, healing, and empowerment. I had a vision to grow this into something global—but then, the world stopped. A planned return became a 6 year -long hiatus due to the pandemic and the challenges that followed.

But a dream deferred is not a dream denied.

Today, I am asking for your help to finally close that 6-year gap. I am returning to Panama to relaunch my Women’s Wellness Program, bringing a decade’s worth of education, resilience, and passion back to the women and the land that first inspired me.

This is not just a trip; it is a professional milestone. This mission is the "fieldwork" for the next chapter of my life. By supporting this journey, you are helping me:

Refine an International Curriculum: Testing my wellness program in a cross-cultural setting to prepare it for global scaling.

I have a 14-day window to book my round-trip flight and make this 10-year homecoming a reality. I need to raise $1200 to cover the cost of travel. I’ve turned this into a "Sponsor a Mile" campaign—where every $25 donated covers another stretch of the journey between my home and my mission.
