At Rahmatul Orphanage Center in Uganda, hundreds of vulnerable children depend on the orphanage for survival, education, and hope. During a recent visit by Nourishers Charity Organisation, we witnessed heartbreaking conditions that moved us to tears.
Many children are sleeping on the floor because the existing beds are old, damaged, and insufficient. Our immediate goal is to provide 20 triple-decker beds, each accommodating three children, allowing 60 children to sleep safely and comfortably. At only $50 per bed, this simple gift can transform a child's daily life.
The children also face food insecurity. To help provide nutritious meals, we seek to purchase 2 sacks of rice (100kg each) and 2 sacks of beans (100kg each). These staple foods will help ensure that the children have regular meals while longer-term support is pursued.
Our Goal: $1480
- 20 triple-decker beds: $1000
- 2 sacks of rice (100kg each): $260
- 2 sacks of beans (100kg each): $220
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to our goal of giving these children a bed to sleep in and food to eat.
Together, we can replace hardship with comfort, hunger with nourishment, and despair with hope.
Nourishers Charity Organisation will provide regular updates, photos, and reports to ensure complete transparency and accountability.
Thank you for helping us restore dignity and hope to these precious children.
