Help Rafelina's personal emergency fundraiser

Hi, as some of you may know, my friend Rafelina Moreno, without any help, has been taking care of her nephew, Liam, for almost 6 years, since his mother and sister died in a fire, leaving Liam with burns on over 90% of his tiny body.

Now, her accounts have been frozen and her wages garnished due to bad representation by one of those "debt relief" agencies. She is trying to resolve that situation, but in the meantime, she's having trouble fulfilling her monthly obligations as well as Liam's care.
