I am attempting to raise money for purchasing a home on November 6th at my local County tax auction. I would be considered an "investor" and will need to hold the property "as is" for a year to provide to the original owner to pay back the redemption cost (purchase price at auction + interest) before I legally take full possession of the home and property. The owner has already been given several steps to pay the tax debt before a property is moved to auction by the County. This is the cheapest way I can purchase a home without a mortgage or years of saving.

I'd like this to be a starter home to begin repairing and redeeming properties as safe homes for women and men. I have worked professionally in Corporate America Fortune 500 and 50 companies. Then through a series of personal catalyst events, I had open heart surgery in 2020 and in the middle of Covid I left Corporate America to work as a Direct Support Professional for adults with intellectual disabilities. Then I moved to Phoenix, AZ for 18 months working with the homeless and those in active addiction as a Behavioral Health Tech. This is my hearts dream, to take my Corporate Finance experience, my new heart, and endurance learned from serving the homeless population of the American Desert to make safe spaces for their recovery to begin and be sustained. I am also a survivor of childhood human trafficking and have my own journey of trauma recovery. This is the first fundraiser to begin the Ramah Foundation from Jeremiah 31:15.
