G'day everybody !

My name is Christopher John "CJ" Walker, a true blue West Aussie born and bred, & I suffer from a form of epilepsy called "focal epilepsy". I've been treating this condition since I was diagnosed at the very young age of 5 ‍↕️. It's been off & on for me throughout my lifespan, but I'm surviving well at the moment, whereas not many others have been able to, unfortunately . With all this that's happened, I've been unable to reach my full potential for work with being unable to get a drivers license, forklift or any sort of driving licence at all with no guarantee of managing my stress nerves at times which trigger fits sometimes.

I did the 2024 Purple Walk 4 Epilepsy WA event on my own with some supporters alongside me during my last lap & also did the 2024 HBF Run for a Reason 12km marathon for the first time with my mum, in support of Epilepsy WA, & it was amazing . I just did the 2025 Purple Walk 4 Epilepsy last month, but I teamed up with people very close & dear to me....MY DIRECT & EXTENDED FAMILY xxx, as we like to call ourselves, R.A.C: RENT-A-CROWD . They've supported me since day 1 & I love them with every beat of my heart & soul xxx. But, in order to make this happen, I'll be pledging every Containers for Change WA collection I collect into the R.A.C: RENT-A-CROWD donations page ✨️! Plus, if we make it to the $500 mark from every R.A.C donation link, I'll pledge $50 from my own pocket in support, too, as well as continuing my skullet shave being cut to a buzz as promised. However, if we reach the $1k target, I'LL PROMISE TO DO A FULL CLEAN SHAVE ALL OVER AGAIN ! I pledged to shave my hair into a skullet for the Mullets for Mental Health Awareness month of April, which I've done, but will go the next step if R.A.C reach $750 ?!???!?!

This truly is a close cause that means a lot, not just to myself and my dear family, but also means a lot to many others out there in the community, too!

For over 60 years, Epilepsy WA have been a vital support for our community, helping almost 30k West Aussies living with epilepsy, plus their families & carers, just like mine . They provide essential services & work tirelessly to raise awareness about epilepsy, a condition that affects 1 in 25 people in our state. Despite their incredible efforts, they receive no recurring government funding & rely heavily on community support to continue their important work .

I would greatly appreciate the support through a secure online donation in any amount possible .
