Help Quinn Secure Legal Rights to His Daughter

I have decided to try and raise some money to fund Quinn’s legal battle, many of you have reached out to my son Quinn asking if you could help in any way in regards to the custody situation with his daughter and this is how you can help. He wouldn’t accept any donations but he did say he’d accept loans that he intends to pay back once the dust has settled. Quinn has already spent $15,000 on lawyers over the course of 11 months and all that's been accomplished is getting a paternity test, a temporary order to see his daughter 1 hour a day 3 times a week and he got put on child support which is now taking 20%-25% of his paycheck due to only having 2% timeshare. His current attorney has just filed his motion after 5 months of asking, hence the request for financial help.

My son has been quiet about the details of what is going on, but I’ll give a quick summary.

-Quinn has been dealing with parental alienation from the start of this pregnancy.

Many of you have asked what his daughter’s name is, her legal name is a combination of her mother's, sister's and mother's grandmother's middle names. Her mother combine her middle name with her first daughter's middle name which is my granddaughters first name. She has her other grandmother's middle name as her middle name and has her mother's last name. From the start the mother did not want Quinn’s last name even tacked onto the end and this is not the name they agreed to.

- Quinn since finding out he was going to be a father (of his first born, possibly only child) has asked to be involved in the pregnancy and my granddaughter's life.

-2 weeks into the pregnancy his ex, tried to convince him to abandon his daughter, move to another state and she would say she doesn’t know who the father is.

-Quinn asked to meet his daughter for 6 months from birth onward and his ex would not allow it until forced by the courts.

-Quinn has asked repeatedly for more than 1 hour of time and has been repeatedly denied. He has also requested to be at the doctor’s appointments, or even just the doctor’s name and continues to be stonewalled. The mother refuses to do anything unless ordered by the courts, which until this gets settled will be a costly endeavor.

-The mother lives with her grandparents rent free, pays for no groceries or utilities and works all of 3 days a week and the courts rewarded her for her actions with 25% of Quinn’s income.

- Quinn has offered to pay for medical needs, provide cloths & food. All offers have been rejected. Yet the mother is now seeking child support, which to me screams that it’s not about my granddaughter & solely about the money.

We expect that this will cost at least another $12,000 and be an additional 8 months before this goes to trial. I am asking for donations so I can help my son and granddaughter.
