# Help Launch Anti-Lynching Community Protection Patrols

This fundraiser is specifically to help launch **Anti-Lynching Community Protection Patrols**—lawful, nonviolent patrols created to help protect Black communities from racial violence, intimidation, suspicious incidents, and situations where families may feel ignored, unprotected, or left without answers.

The purpose of these patrols is simple: **show up, protect, document, de-escalate, respond, and support families.**

For generations, lynching and racial terror were used to intimidate Black communities while families were often left with little protection, little accountability, and few answers. We cannot change that history, but we can refuse to remain unprepared in the present.

These Anti-Lynching Patrols are being developed to create a visible, disciplined community-protection presence. Patrol members will focus on lawful observation, incident documentation, rapid response, de-escalation, welfare and safety support, preserving important information, and standing beside families when serious safety concerns arise.

This is **not vigilantism**. These patrols are not about retaliation, confrontation, or taking the law into our own hands. They are about making sure communities are organized, prepared, watchful, and capable of responding responsibly when people are threatened, endangered, missing, or involved in suspicious circumstances.

Donations will help fund the equipment and training needed to launch these patrols, including **patrol vehicles, radios, cameras, first-aid supplies, fuel, safety equipment, emergency-response resources, and training.**

Every contribution helps build a stronger Anti-Lynching protection network rooted in **preparedness, accountability, documentation, nonviolence, and community defense.**

We should not have to wait until after another tragedy to organize.

We should already be prepared.

We should already be watching.

We should already know how to respond.
