Help queer couple with immigration fees

Hi I’m fundraising for a queer couple with kids who need some help with immigration fees. I’ve become friends with them by volunteering together in mutual aid - together they’ve fed thousands of our hungry neighbors. Our group simply wouldn’t function without them. They’re always there for others, taking our most urgent grocery requests and amplifying abolition work.

A slacked R on the mutual aid channel and their romance began.  A called R after their first food operations meeting together and teased them for yawning through the entire thing. They kept it a secret for almost a year.

But before they can, they need some legal support. This fund will go towards lawyer fees and USCIS application fees.The amount is a best estimate from looking at various lawyers’ websites and estimating  the number of hours.

Let’s help them so that they can make their love legitimate in the eyes of our deeply disturbing court system.
