Today I met a woman named Queen who completely changed my day.

I told her I was struggling and had been on the streets the last few nights and really needed some prayer. Without hesitation, she stopped everything, took my hands, and began to pray with such sincerity and love that it brought tears to my eyes. She didn’t just say a quick prayer she meant it.

Afterward, she said, “If I had a coat, I’d give you one.” Then she shared that she had actually given away all her husband’s jackets after he passed away from cancer.

That moment hit me deeply — her kindness, her loss, and her willingness to give even when she had little left. I told her that I had $1,000 to bless her for her compassion. She broke down crying and said her husband had always been the primary provider, and since losing him, she’s been struggling to keep her home.

Now she’s scared she might lose it.
