Help put a newspaper on the streets of Brunswick

Brunswick Voice is a hyperlocal news website covering the Melbourne suburbs of Brunswick, Brunswick West and Brunswick East.

Since the website was launched in the middle of 2021, we have published more than 200 stories. Now we want to broaden our audience and make news about our suburb accessible to more people by publishing a print edition.

We’d like to have the first edition on the streets before Christmas, and we’re in discussions to have it distributed at shops, businesses and council facilities in Brunswick.

A print edition will broaden our reach to a much larger audience who either don’t read their news online or haven’t discovered Brunswick Voice yet.

But producing a print newspaper doesn’t come cheap.

We need to raise about $2000 to cover all production costs for the newspaper's first edition, so if you want to be part of this vision, please make a small donation.

It’s been too long since there was a newspaper in Brunswick but together we can make it happen again.
