Update: I have spoken with a cleaning company. It could cost 8K to clean and sanitise the house!! I'm hoping a claim for insurance will help with the big jobs such as ceiling, floor repairs, repairing flood damage and fire damage.

I'm going to set up the sitting room so that it is self contained until the ceiling is repaired in kitchen. The bathroom floor needs repairing too. At the moment there is a bucket for the toilet and then it is flushed. The floor was destroyed by flooding in bathroom which makes it unsafe. There was a fire lit upstairs as well. My friend has been sleeping on the floor in the hallway. She is on two crutches after a double leg fracture. I can't believe the hospital sent her home knowing her house was squatted!!

Donations will be used for a bed, bed clothes, a fridge, a microwave, a TV, table and chairs, armchair or sofa, curtains, heater. I will buy these as soon as the house is cleaned and cleared out. Update Thursday 18th September. Some funds have been used for emergency supplies. Toiletries and Clothes. We are organising a cleaning company to sanitise, clear and clean.
