Hi, my name is Janine!

I'm writing this on behalf of my cousin's family. Thank you for taking the time to read this tragic story, as our family is devastated and grieving the loss of an amazing young man. May 17th, Danny was taken via ambulance to the hospital in a lot of pain. The walk-in clinic misdiagnosed him with Hand Foot Mouth Disease and sent him home less than 12 hours prior. Come to find out, he was extremely sick. Turns out he had a blood infection from dental issues and became septic very quickly and it traveled to his heart and brain. He underwent open heart surgery and fought hard for his life. In the end, he had multiple strokes in his brain and he had too much brain damage.

He left us tragically Saturday morning, June 7th, with loved ones by his side.He was a loving, devoted, and providing father to a 6-week-old baby girl and an 11-year-old boy. All the money donated will be used towards Danny's children.

This fund is to help fill some of the financial void of providing for them. Danny was the primary provider for his family along with their mother Christine.
