My name is Aminah Ibrahim-Summers. This fundraising campaign is to help buy food for the needy families in Gambia. They need extra support while trying to feed large families during Ramadan.

Our goal is to provide food resources to 10 communities. This includes 9 masjids and 1 orphanage in Gambia.

We will be making donations weekly directly to the families in need and also to the main masjids in the communities so that they may distribute the food out to the most needy.

We would appreciate your support throughout this mission. Any amount donated will help.us get closer to our goal.

We'll be purchasing the following food items:

Large bags of rice

Cases of chicken

Large bags of potatoes

Large bags of onions

Each week of Ramadan the same items will be donated. The women of the communities are able to cook their traditional meals with these main ingredients.
