I'm ecstatic to share that this October, I will be traveling with co-workers on my first mission trip (ever!) to Ventanilla, Peru. We will be at Sagrada Familia, a shelter which provides a place for vulnerable children to thrive. Sagrada Familia has been supporting children from preschool age to high school for twenty five years. Through this community, children are able to receive an education, learn trade skills, and get essential care through the health clinic. I will be using my nursing skills in the health clinic, but am overall looking forward to learning from these children and seeing how my team can make a positive impact on their lives.

The company I work for, ConvenientMD, will be contributing to a portion of the expenses for this trip. I wanted to share about this mission trip in hopes that others may feel called to donate to support my travels, so that these children can continue to receive the care they deserve. Thank you!
