Need a lawyer to keep the kids away from "husband"

Hello everyone. All of August my family has been working on removing my eldest sister, and her 2 kids from their abusive household. Her and the kids are with my parents currently. However the father of the children had (as of 08/27/2024) gotten a lawyer for himself. He's trying to get access to the kids and hurt my sister. We can not let him near the girls. We don't know where he's getting the money to support this. My family has pictures, texts, all sorts of documentation on the father, but we very much need help funding a lawyer. Anything helps.
