As ICE raids intensify across Los Angeles, many of our beloved street vendors—the heart and soul of our community—are living in fear. These hard-working individuals, who rise early and stay out late to serve us tamales, fruit, tacos, and more, are now forced to choose between their livelihood and their safety.

We are launching this GoFundMe to provide emergency relief funds so we can:

Pay off vendors for their daily goods so they don’t lose income

Send them home early to protect them from risk

Offer support for transportation or temporary shelter if needed

This isn’t just about food or commerce. It’s about people—parents, grandparents, and young workers—who are vital threads in the fabric of our city.

Even a small donation can help cover a vendor’s day and give them the freedom to go home without fear. With your support, we can show our street vendors that the community sees them, values them, and is standing with them in solidarity.
