Hi everyone, I’m creating this GoFundMe for a family who’s been through more heartache and stress than anyone should ever have to face.

Since then, this family has faced not only the emotional pain of grieving, but also harassment, intimidation, and unwanted contact while trying to stand up for what’s right. They’ve had to involve law enforcement, file reports, and take legal action just to feel safe on the very property their mother once called home.

The case is now in probate court, but legal fees are adding up quickly. Attorney retainers, court costs, and documentation expenses have become overwhelming for a family already stretched thin. They’re fighting to make sure their mother’s wishes are honored and her property is protected—but they can’t do it alone.
