HELP US PROTECT KANAN ROAD!!!!!
While other California communities are improving their evacuation routes, the City of Agoura Hills is bottlenecking ours, pure & simple.
KANAN ROAD is the primary evacuation route - a LIFELINE - out of the Cornell/Agoura/Lobo & Triunfo Canyon section of the Santa Monica Mountains. AND in November of 2019 the City of Malibu’s draft evacuation plan specifically utilizes Kanan Road (Zone13). (Read about it here: https://bit.ly/2DWi9Jm ).
Also in November LA County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl has recommended updating the county’s emergency ordinance which hasn’t been updated since 1993. She asking for a plan to be developed quickly in an effort to do everything to protect against future loss of life and property. You can read more here: https://bit.ly/35CwQwX

PRISMM's effort is to raise awareness about upcoming and pending development in the Agoura Village section of Agoura Hills and in the Santa Monica Mountains, as it applies to hazards to evacuation safety and Kanan Road gridlock.
We are self-funded. 100% of your donation goes toward our awareness effort.
