HELP Preston - Time is Running Out!

In May 2017, we set out on a mission to find a cure for ( ret. ) Detective Preston Kyle who was diagnosed with ALS ( Lou Gehrig's Disease ), a progressive, horrific neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord and kills most people within 2-5 years.
While we have been told "ALS IS INCURABLE", we have not lost hope! We've heard of ALS reversals through experimental and alternative treatments and we want to try ANYTHING to HELP PRESTON and SAVE HIS LIFE!
ALS moves fast! At first Preston started having achy and twitchy muscles. Then the rapid weight loss set in. Within 1 year of diagnosis, Det. Preston Kyle can no longer drive. He can no longer get around without a walker. He is only 55! He is running out of time!
At this stage we must raise at least $20,000 to provide Preston with the newest treatments available and a wheelchair converted van so he doesn't have be home bound!
Imagine if your loved one, or your friend, a fellow Law Enforcement Officer was rapidly losing independence before your very eyes.
Imagine being married to a Detective, who served tirelessly and protected his community from child molesters and criminals for over 25 years and then watching his retirement years turn into a nightmare.
Imagine dreading the fast approaching days when he will no longer be able to feed himself, dress himself, speak, swallow and breathe on his own....
We CANNOT sit by and watch as one our own, a HERO, is left un-aided!

Since his retirement from the Bastrop Police Department, Det. Preston Kyle has been spending his time with family and grand kids..HOPING...that these precious days will turn into years and maybe even decades!
