Dear Friends and Family,

I am setting up this gofundme on behalf of my PopPop (my grandfather) and Laura, who are facing a significant challenge right now. Unfortunately, their well has completely dried up, and despite spending over $4,000 trying to repair it, it is beyond saving. The only option left is to have a professional well drilled, which comes with an estimated cost of over $15,000.

As some of you may know, PopPop is on a fixed income, and both he and Laura have been struggling to manage the costs of this unexpected situation. It is not easy for them to ask for help, but the local community has encouraged us to create this GoFundMe page, as so many people have offered to contribute and show their support.

Poppop and Laura have always been the ones who are first in line to help anyone and everyone when they need it and unfortunately, they need us now.

Our goal is to raise enough to cover the cost of drilling a new well, which will restore their access to clean water and bring much-needed relief. If 100 friends and family members are able to contribute $100 each, we’ll be able to cover a significant portion of the expenses. Any amount, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.
