This fundraiser is to help my best friend with some financial relief due to the loss of her father, Raymond Dutcher. Ray had such a huge impact on so many people, he was kind, funny and loving. He was seen as a father to many and more importantly a friend. He was always ready for a conversation and loved to talk your ear off. Ray and his daughter Phoebe had a relationship like no other. They were best friends who went through more than most people could imagine. Thank you for any and all of your support.

He is outlived by his daughter, grandson, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
