Help Us Secure a Safe Home for My Children

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life. My children and I are currently living in emergency housing, and we’ve been given an opportunity to move into a stable two-bedroom apartment—but we need help to make it happen.

My son has special needs and is eligible for OPWDD services, which are critical for his development and daily support. Unfortunately, because of our unstable housing situation, he hasn’t been able to receive these services. Having a permanent home would finally allow him to access the care and support he truly needs.

We are trying to raise **$9,900 within the next two weeks** to secure this apartment. This includes the security deposit, first month’s rent, and associated move-in costs. This home would give my children stability, safety, and a chance to move forward—something we haven’t had in a long time.
