This is a community aid fundraiser for families in the area who have been impacted by detentions of family members or roommates. This fundraiser is organized by community members working closely with families impacted by recent immigration detentions. Funds raised are managed by the organizing team and are used solely to provide rental assistance and essential bill support to families facing housing instability.

Families in need are identified through community connections and are invited to apply for assistance. Requests are reviewed based on proof of need in communication with property management, including how far behind rent may be, household size, and whether children are present in the home.

Assistance is prioritized for families experiencing the most urgent housing risk. Funds are paid directly to landlords, property management companies, or service providers whenever possible. Records and documentation are maintained for each distribution to ensure accountability.

For safety and privacy reasons, families are not named publicly. We are committed to transparency in how funds are used and deeply grateful for the community’s trust and support.
