Help Paul & Brenda Overcome the Challenges of Dementia
Donation protected
It comes with heavy hearts, that we share the news of a sudden and rapidly progressing diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia to our loved one Paul Walker. A proud husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
At just 64 years old, this diagnosis has come as a shock to all those who know, love, and care for Paul and his family. Especially for his wife Brenda Walker (Ingalls). Paul is a fun-loving, selfless, humorous, wear-your-heart-on-your-sleeve kind of human.
Unfortunately with this sudden diagnosis comes a financial burden, as Paul's income is no longer available. Due to this Paul, and his wife Brenda are now facing significant household and daily life expenses, as well as trying to plan for the impending future expenses of a care home.
Surrounded by the support of family and close friends doing everything they can to support Paul and Brenda during this difficult time, the financial burden still remains significant. With the stress of Brenda now being the sole provider on a single income, she is doing everything she can to get as much quality time as well as care for Paul with the remaining time we have left.
We are reaching out to family, friends, and anyone who feels led to help ease this burden during such a difficult time. All generous contributions will go directly to Brenda and Paul to assist with daily household expenses, as well as anything that may arise due Paul's sudden dementia diagnosis.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank everyone who has taken the time to read this passage, donate, share, and reach out in support. Any form of support during this time is appreciated, and we can't thank you enough. This will allow Brenda more time to focus on being there for Paul, and worrying less about the financial stressors of the situation.
