Help Paty Mejía Stay with Her Children

Our dear friend Paty Mejía is facing inmediate deportation despite being a devoted mother and caregiver. Paty is the proud mother of two teenage sons, ages 16 and 17, whom she has raised on her own with incredible strength, love, and faith. In addition to her own children, Paty has also been caring for three young children who have come to rely on her as a mother figure. She has tried to show immigration officials how deeply these children depend on her, but her pleas have been overlooked.

Paty is one of the kindest, most selfless people you could ever meet. A hardworking and devout Catholic, she never hesitates to help anyone in need — always putting family and community first. Now, as she faces the unthinkable separation from her children and the life she’s built, we are asking for your help.
