My name is Patricia Branca and we are a family of 3. which includes myself, my son and my father. My life was filled with love and happiness until September 5th 2020 when my Mother was placed in hospice and passed away. Her only great possession, aside from us, her children and grandchildren, was this house. She would proudly pay the mortgage every 1st of the month and never late. Her passing left me in a deep depression and shortly after I lost my job. I now care for my elderly dad who is retired and has severe emphysema. He can only breath well enough with oxygen. Our current situation is extremely challenging and we are struggling to make ends meet. We are behind 2 months on our mortgage and are doing our best to survive. I am seeking the help of any compassionate soul who can understand our dire circumstances.
