Yesterday, my son Parker experienced a terrifying and heartbreaking loss—his car caught on fire while he was driving. Thankfully, he had just exited the interstate when smoke began pouring from the hood. Within seconds, the fire disabled the brakes. Parker was able to safely pull over and attempted to extinguish the flames, but the fire quickly became uncontrollable. He called 911, and while the fire department responded quickly, the car was already beyond saving.
Parker walked away without burns, but he’s experiencing heat sensitivity on his left side. We are beyond grateful that he’s okay—but this loss has left him at a complete standstill.
Parker is a dedicated dog trainer who works with young and aggressive dogs to help them become safe, loving companions in stable homes. He used all of his savings just a few months ago to purchase this car to support his work. This vehicle was his lifeline—used daily to travel to clients, train dogs, and build his future. Now, with the car completely totaled and no remaining savings, he’s left without a way to keep moving forward.
We are raising funds to help Parker replace his car and get back on his feet. Any amount you can contribute will make a huge difference—not just for him, but for the dogs and families he helps every day.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, prayers, and kindness during this time.
