Help Pamella survive with essential living costs

Hi everyone, today we are trying to help Pamella who is a trans woman from Burundi. She desperately needs support due to having to flee her home country because of homophobia.
Pamella desparately needs support as she is currently living in a refugee camp with no access to clean drinking water, shelter, bedding and food. She is also hiv positive so needs transport and help to buy her medicine. Along with taking HIV medications she also needs other things, like food & plenty of clean water for the body to process medications.
Medications alone are helpful however can be toxic to the body when food and water are not available. It impacts on the body and you can become unwell. Pamella like others living across East Africa encounter this dilemma.
There's a belief all people with HIV receive HIV medications free from PEPFAR. However access to this medication is extremely limited in refugee camps, requiring people to travel and buy it from a private health provider.
Pamella is a loving and kind person who has future dreams of helping Lgbtiq and positive people living in Africa and so also humanity…
