Help Pack 623 rebuild from the CZU Fire

Donation protected
Scouts BSA Cub Scout Pack 623 serves 30-40 elementary school boys and girls in the  Boulder Creek, Ben Lomond and Brookdale communities of Santa Cruz County, CA.

The Pack was hit hard by the CZU fires in August of this year.  Eight families lost their homes and the Pack lost all its gear, including Pinewood Derby track, scoring computer, decorations, and camping equipment.

The funds will be used to acquire a new Pinewood Derby track and scoring system as well as replacing awards and badges for Cubs who lost everything to the fire.

I have been an adult leader of the Pack (Chartered Organization Representative) for five years. The disruption and loss from the fires, along with the rest of the year, has been discouraging for the adults as well as the Scouts.  Helping them replace some of what they lost will go a long way towards supporting this community and keeping these young Scouts as well as offering much-needed encouragement.

Thank You.
