Help Our Uncle Keep His Dream Alive While He Recovers

Our uncle has always been a fighter. His dream was to open his own restaurant—a place where people could gather, share a meal, and feel at home. He poured everything into it—his heart, his soul, his savings, and ultimately, his health.

On March 13th 2025, he underwent a life-saving coronary bypass after pushing himself beyond his limits to keep his dream alive. The stress of running a small business, the long hours, and the constant worry about making ends meet have taken their toll, and now his heart almost gave up on him.

As much as he has given to his restaurant, it’s time for us to give back to him. For the next few months, he won't be able to work. But the world doesn’t pause—rent is still due, his hardworking employees still need their wages, and the daily costs of running the restaurant won’t stop. The thought of losing everything he worked so hard for is weighing on him, even as he is recovering in the ICU.

We want him to recover in peace, knowing that his restaurant—the place he built with love—will still be standing when he’s strong enough to return. We are asking for your help to cover two months of expenses so that he can focus on what matters most: healing.
