My family is facing a heartbreaking time. Our sweet dad was recently diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Due to him not being a candidate for treatment, he only has weeks to live. My twin sisters, both single moms have taken time off work to provide 24/7 care, as he keeps falling and our mom cannot lift him alone.
