Hello all- I was hesitant to ask for donations; however, most of my families are going on a month now of not leaving their house due to safety concerns.
Our school community is reaching out to ask for support for families who have been directly impacted by recent ICE activity. These are parents and caregivers in our community who, often without warning, are facing separation, loss of income, housing instability, and deep emotional stress. Their children—our students—are carrying fear and uncertainty into their classrooms each day or most of them have not been attending school.
As a school, we are committed to supporting the whole child, and that means standing with their families during moments of crisis. Donations will help provide immediate assistance such as food, clothing, temporary housing support, and connections to trusted community resources. Your generosity helps create a sense of safety, dignity, and hope for families during an incredibly painful and uncertain time.
Every contribution, no matter the size, is a powerful reminder that our community cares and that these families are not alone.
Thank you
