Hi, my name is Lee-Anne, and my brothers, Brad and Anthony, and I are fundraising for our parents.

For the second time in just four years, our parents’ home has been devastated by floodwaters.

In 2021, water reached ankle-deep inside their raised home. They lost almost everything and had to rebuild their lives from scratch. After nearly a year living at a local caravan park, they were finally able to return home in 2022.

Now, in May 2025, it’s happening all over again.

Floodwaters are currently waist-deep and still rising, with more rain predicted in the coming days. Our parents were rescued by helicopter and forced to leave their home—and all of their belongings—behind.

This house means so much to our family. Our dad grew up in this home. My brothers and I were raised here. Seeing it submerged once again is absolutely heartbreaking, especially for our ageing parents who have already been through so much.

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your help.
