Dear friends and family,

With a heavy and aching heart, I have to share some difficult news about my mom. She has recently been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. This news has been devastating for our entire family. Those who know my mom know her to be the most sweetest, kindest, and generous person. She always puts the needs of others before herself and puts her heart, body, and soul into everything she does. She fills the room with such light, love, and joy with her laughter and boundlessly wise. My mom is the greatest mom my brother and I could have ever asked for if we could ask for one.

With her diagnosis, it has come with significant challenges. As she bravely faces her treatment, the financial burden it has placed on her is immense to say the least. My mom is currently navigating the complex realm of securing adequate medical insurance, and the surmounting medical bills are already considerable and creating stress beyond words. Not to mention that her treatments will prevent her from working and only exasperating the financial toll.

We've started this GoFundMe campaign to alleviate some of the pressure she is facing. Every contribution, no matter the size, large or small, will help lighten this load and allow my mother to focus on her health and her recovery process. The funds raised will go directly towards her medical expenses, insurance coverage, and other essential living costs.
