Help Our Hero FDNY Lt. Mark Dziemian Recover and Return Home

Our hearts are heavy as we share the story of our beloved Mark Dziemian, a dedicated FDNY lieutenant, loving husband to Jackee, and devoted father to his two young children, Sophia and Michael. On March 16, 2025, while bravely battling a second alarm fire, Mark suffered severe cardiac arrest. He has been recovering ever since, enduring a challenging journey that has kept him away from his family and the job he loves.

Mark is a true hero, not just in uniform, but in every aspect of his life. For years, he has selflessly put his life on the line to protect the citizens of New York City. But beyond his incredible bravery as a firefighter, Mark is a pillar of strength and joy for his family. Sophia and Michael adore their dad, and Jackee relies on him as her partner and best friend.

The past few months have been incredibly difficult for the Dziemian family and the road ahead is long and uncertain. The physical and emotional toll has been immense, and the load on Jackee, as she balances caring for their children and supporting Mark, is growing daily.

Mark and Jackee’s family, friends and their FDNY family have been by his side every step of the way, offering unwavering support. Now, we're reaching out to our community, friends, and anyone touched by Mark's selfless service, to ask for your help.
