Help our friend Shonara & her new baby boy Turi

Hi Everyone,

 

After much deliberation, a group of Shonara's friends, have decided to set up this page to try and assist our beautiful friend Shonara Selwyn .

 

As most people already know by now, Shonara traveled the New Zealand 12 weeks ago, as she has adopted her sisters baby boy, Tuterangi Netana Selwyn, who was born on 10/08/2021. Shonara & Turi Boy are bonding extremely well and it is fair to say the new Mummy is in love.

 

Shonara is well known and respected by so many people as a kind and giving person with a beautiful soul, always putting others first and being available to help anyone who needs it.

 

Shonara & Turi are stuck in New Zealand due to covid restrictions and have been unable to return to their home in Australia. Due to no places being available in Quarantine in Australia, flights are not being released by the airlines, making it impossible to get home. Shonara has been paying double amounts of rent & bills in both countries.

 

It would be nice to help Shonara & Turi out with some small donations, to take the pressure off their situation. I know she would do the same for others in a tough predicament.  This is an easy way for Shonara’s many friends, colleagues and family members to help her out of a sticky situation until she can return home.  She will have lots of extra expenses including hotel quarantine and luggage shipping when the time comes.  

 

If you cant donate, i'm sure she would appreciate a message of support to help her stay positive.

At this stage, the next possible available flights are not until at least December. Fingers crossed for them.
