Hi, my name is Kristina and I'm fundraising to help my friend get her new Section 8 apartment furnished and get comfortable.

My friend was incarcerated in MCI-Framingham, which has a history of abysmal conditions. She was released after 7 years, during which time she experienced serious health issues and received no treatment, testing, or care at all from the prison.

Upon release, she was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer which had spread to her kidney, liver, lung, and lymph nodes.

Now, we're just hoping to help Lizette get as comfortable as possible.

All donations will help cover furniture for her apartment, and basics like food, household necessities, and hopefully some small comforts.
