Update!!! Jared is moving out of the ICU today!!! The doc is says he's doing really good. He is very weak and will spend this year mostly recovering. They're thinking when he's able to leave to hospital, he'll need to go to a rehabilitation center for a few months to 6 months. Thank you everyone for reading, sharing, and donating. Jared is such a wonderful husband and father and man. He goes above and beyond for me and his family and his job and friends. We're so grateful for you guys. He told me to to say how grateful he is and thank you guys from the bottom of his heart.

Dear friends, and kind-hearted strangers,
I never imagined I’d be here, writing this, but life has taken an unexpected and devastating turn. My husband, Jared, is in the ICU, fighting for his life. Once he stabilizes, he faces a long road ahead in a rehabilitation center for an uncertain period of time.
Jared is the sole provider for our family, and while I’m doing everything I can to care for our 10-year-old son, Landen, and keep our home running, I simply cannot make enough to cover our expenses on my own. We are already a month behind on rent, and our bills are stacking up.
Landen is struggling too. He’s been having nightmares and flashbacks of nearly losing his dad during COVID in 2021, and this current crisis has reignited his fears and anxiety. I’m doing my best to stay strong for him and support his mental health while managing my own and holding our home together.
I’m in an incredibly difficult position—Jared managed all of our finances, and with him unable to communicate, I’ve lost access to many of our accounts. Our primary bank account was wiped out by unexpected fees, which I’m trying to resolve, but we need urgent help to make it through.
This isn’t easy for me to ask—I’ve always worked hard to provide for my family. But I’m at a point where I have to reach out for support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us pay rent, cover basic living expenses, and maintain some stability while we navigate this crisis.
Even if you can’t donate, sharing this post would mean the world to us. Thank you for reading our story and for any help you can offer, whether it’s financial, emotional, or through your prayers and positive energy.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness and support during this overwhelming time.
With gratitude,
Kalie Adel Kimber
Our rent including utilities total around $2,400
Our food cost can be as low as 50 to 75 per week depending on sales.
I only know about two other loan payments that equal about $2,100 per month..
We have one vehicle and his work van that is insured through his job. And my drive shaft just went out on my jeep. The only money I can come up with right now is door dashing but now my jeep is broken. I'm not sure if the cost that will be. The money will be going to just out basic living, rent, food, utilities, phone bill, ect. I've cancelled all subscriptions we had. Anything helps
