My family and I have been facing some of the hardest times of our lives this past year. After a series of financial setbacks, we now owe a significant amount to our landlord and are facing eviction. Despite our best efforts to find assistance, we've come up short, and the options for new housing in our area are almost nonexistent. We have two wonderful kids, a dog, and a cat, and the thought of not having a safe place for them to call home is heartbreaking.

On top of our housing struggles, I am living with a chronic illness and am the primary caregiver for my elderly parents. My fiancé has just started a new job, but with no savings left and our credit scores impacted by these hardships, we are struggling to get back on our feet. We are doing everything we can, but right now, we need a helping hand to keep our family together and safe.

If we are able to raise enough, our hope is to stay in our current home and avoid eviction. If that isn't possible, the funds will go toward finding a new place to live and covering moving expenses.
