Hi, my name is Lindsey. I’m a mom doing everything I can to keep my children safe, together, and housed during a sudden and overwhelming crisis.

Our family is currently facing homelessness after a rapid loss of income, housing, and safety. We’ve been living in a motel for six months while selling belongings, applying for assistance, and working nonstop to rebuild, but we are at a point where we urgently need a stable, immediate housing solution.

After careful consideration, the safest and most realistic option for our family right now is securing an RV for us and our cats. An RV would provide consistent shelter, privacy, and mobility while we work, care for our children, and regain financial stability. Most importantly, it allows us to stay together as a family without relying on unsafe or uncertain housing situations.

We are also navigating the aftermath of a domestic violence situation, which has made traditional housing options complicated and unsafe. Our priority is protecting our children and maintaining control over our environment while we rebuild. An RV would give us safety, independence, and stability during this critical transition.
