Help our family get to a safe home & my son get to college

I’ve done everything I can to hold my family together and push my sons forward—but now I need help. I’m raising $5,000 to release Kweku's transcript so he can access his college scholarships, and to get us into a safe, stable home. Your support would mean everything right now.

Someone asked for more details but I didn't want this appeal to read like an episode of a tragic soap opera. And retelling gets triggering too. However, our housing is unsafe for two reasons, I'm working with violence prevention counselors, the Circuit Court and lawyers but we need to move immediately. The other reason is that there is flooding in the house and we were scammed into the place by someone who did not own the property. I still fought to give my children the best education I could afford since they returned from Ghana-however, due to all the housing challenges, I fell behind in the tuition last month, after paying faithfully for almost 2yrs. Now, his school has refused to release final transcripts so my son can finalize his college plans. Bottom line is where I started at first, I need backup to make sure my son can take advantage of the scholarships he earned and to help secure stable-safe housing immediately.
