Update:
On November 29th, 2025, at 10:00 AM, our dad peacefully passed away In the hospital with the comfort of my mom by his side. Our hearts are absolutely broken, but we are comforted knowing he is no longer in pain. He fought so hard, and we are so proud of his strength and courage through every step of this journey. As we begin to figure out our lives without him, we are asking for continued support, not just with medical and memorial expenses, but with prayers, love, and kindness for our family as we grieve this unimaginable loss. We cannot express enough how deeply grateful we are for everyone who has held us up during these past few years. Your generosity and compassion have meant more than words can ever say.
Thank you for loving our dad, supporting our family, and helping us carry his memory forward. we will make sure to give updates soon regarding information about the funeral service.
Hello Everyone, My name is Jamie and I am currently a junior attending Washington State University while my sister Jaclyn is a junior in high school. We have kept things pretty private over the past couple of years but we have decided to share. Being away at college has been pretty hard on me knowing I can’t be home to help my family. Our dad has always been the heart of our family. Growing up, he taught my Sister and I so much from important life lessons to sharing his love of adventure. Some of our best memories are riding dirt bikes together and camping in the desert, where he showed us how to enjoy the simple moments in life. In 2023, our world turned upside down when my dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer. Because of his illness and weekly treatments, He has not been able to run his business. Our mom has been by his side, doing her best to take over the company and taking care of us, but with medical bills, groceries, and daily expenses piling up, the financial burden has become very overwhelming. We are hoping to raise funds to help cover these costs, to do anything we can to help out. We are beyond grateful for the love, support, and prayers we’ve already received. Any contribution, big or small will make a huge difference for our family during this difficult time. If you are unable to give financially, please consider keeping our dad in your prayers. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us, and helping our dad continue this fight. My dad is keeping things very private right now, so we kindly ask that any words of encouragement or questions be sent to myself, my sister or my mom. With Love, The Richards Family
