We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for help during the most difficult time of our lives.

My husband is currently facing deportation.He has lived in the UK for over 20 years and holds EU settled status. Until a tragic car accident, we were a happy, stable family of four. That accident changed everything.

My husband was involved in a driving offence that resulted in serious injuries. He deeply regrets what happened. This was completely out of character for him — he had never been convicted of any crime before and has always been a person of good character. Despite this, he received a prison sentence of over 12 months. The experience has caused immense emotional pain and suffering for our entire family.

He serving the prison sentence now we were devastated to learn that the Home Office now wants to deport him. He is currently in the deportation process, which could permanently separate him from his family.

We have lived in the UK for two decades. Our daughter and son were born here and have grown up here — this is their only home. The thought of our family being torn apart has caused unbearable stress, anxiety, and fear. Our children are especially affected, struggling with the uncertainty of losing their father.

We are doing everything we can to fight this deportation, but the legal costs are overwhelming. We urgently need funds to pay for solicitors and legal representation to give our family a fair chance to stay together.
