In the late hours of Wednesday, February 11, 2026, a devastating fire broke out at our family's home in Kingston. The father and their young daughter were forced to jump from a second-story window to escape the flames, while firefighters rescued the two sons, ages 13 and 11. Tragically, one of the boys died at the scene. The other boy passed while receiving treatment at Lehigh Valley hospital. The fire destroyed everything the family owned, including their home and cars, leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs.
Our family is facing unimaginable grief and hardship. The loss of a child is a pain no parent should ever have to endure, and the uncertainty surrounding their son's recovery adds to the emotional burden. On top of this, they are struggling to meet their most basic needs—clothes, groceries, toiletries, and toys for their 7-year-old daughter—while trying to find a way forward.
Your support can help this family begin to rebuild their lives. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference as they work to recover both financially and emotionally. Please consider helping our family during this incredibly difficult time. Your kindness and generosity will mean more than words can express.
