In the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, three of our dedicated colleagues at The Eye Boutique (Montego Bay, Jamaica) are facing unimaginable loss.

The storm has left them without homes, essential belongings, and many of the basic necessities that so many of us take for granted. Each of these team members is also a parent, and two are single mothers now working to rebuild not just for themselves, but for their children.

At The Eye Boutique, our people have always been our greatest strength. In times of hardship, we stand together — and today, our work family needs us more than ever.

To support their recovery, we have established a Relief Fund to help our affected team members rebuild their lives and regain stability after the devastating impact of Hurricane Melissa.
