<div>In the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, three of our dedicated colleagues at <strong>The Eye Boutique </strong>(Montego Bay, Jamaica) are facing unimaginable loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The storm has left them without homes, essential belongings, and many of the basic necessities that so many of us take for granted. Each of these team members is also a parent, and two are single mothers now working to rebuild not just for themselves, but for their children.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At The Eye Boutique, our people have always been our greatest strength. In times of hardship, we stand together — and today, our work family needs us more than ever.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To support their recovery, we have established a Relief Fund to help our affected team members rebuild their lives and regain stability after the devastating impact of Hurricane Melissa.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All funds raised will go directly toward:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li><strong>Essential supplies, including food, water, sanitary products and personal care items</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Repairing or rebuilding damaged homes</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Replacing necessary household items and personal belongings</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Providing temporary financial support to cover immediate needs</strong>
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your contribution, no matter the amount will make a meaningful difference for colleagues who are working tirelessly to provide safety and stability for their children in the wake of this disaster. Together, we can help restore comfort, security, and hope as they begin to rebuild.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We invite you to join us by donating and sharing this appeal.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your kindness and generosity will go a long way toward helping our team members recover and emerge stronger than ever.
