Our family has recently received heartbreaking news—our dad, a proud U.S. Army veteran and devoted grandfather, has been diagnosed with both prostate cancer and a rare, aggressive form of cancer called leiomyosarcoma.

After undergoing initial testing in Savannah, doctors confirmed the tumor is not a GIST, but a leiomyosarcoma. His case has now been referred to specialists at Emory University in Atlanta, where they’re working to determine whether the tumor is growing from a major artery or from his intestine—both of which make treatment and surgery extremely complex and high-risk.

This journey has been incredibly overwhelming—emotionally, physically, and financially. Between ongoing testing, long-distance travel to specialists, and time away from work, the burden is heavy for our family.

We’re creating this fund to help ease that financial strain so our dad can focus fully on the fight ahead. Every donation will go directly toward medical expenses, travel costs, and lost income during this difficult time.

Our dad served his country with strength and courage, and now he’s facing the toughest battle of his life. More than anything, he wants to beat this cancer so he can spend many more years with the people he loves most—especially his grandchildren and his beloved wife Tina, who are the absolute light of his life. He cherishes every moment with them, and their love is what keeps him strong each day.
