Help Our Community Rebuild and Thrive Together

As many of you know, our community, my community, here in Western North Carolina, Asheville, has been devastated by Hurricane Helene. It has been over a week, and most everyone has no power, no water; food is becoming sparse, and gasoline is sparse. We have no connectivity to the outside world, other than very random Wi-Fi hotspots, and cell service is almost obsolete.

As a business owner for the past 18 years here in Asheville and moving here from Los Angeles, and living through hurricanes my whole life in Florida, I never thought Asheville would see a day like this. People are in shock, devastated, and it feels apocalyptic. There has been no information as to when water will be restored; the rumor is it could be months. This will put almost everyone I know out of business, including myself and our beautiful spa that I have had for almost 18 years.

This GoFundMe is to help our community, to help small businesses, and to do anything that I can to continue to help this beautiful city come back to life. If you feel so inclined to give a dollar, five dollars, whatever you may have, it is so appreciated, and we feel fortunate to even be able to have such incredible people supporting this community and continuing to show up for us. I know many people are struggling right now in this horrible economy, so I totally understand if you are not able to give. But for anyone that is able to, Thank you, thank you, thank you! It warms our hearts to hear and see all the love coming at us. Unfortunately, it’s just not enough financial help!
