Peace Family, Friends and Comrades

This fundraiser is being put together on behalf of a very special dedicated and respected comrade who puts in the hours proactively, physically and mentally to grassroots organizing works and teaching undergrad. Our comrade, Tag is journeying into getting his PhD in Cultural Linguistic Anthropology and is in the process of finishing his dissertation which is requiring a lengthy stay in the Carolinas for the next four months September to December. The thought to make this fundraiser was not requested by him, but was developed out of consideration for all the time, effort and hours he puts into picking up the work as an organizer. Tag is a kind, and thoughtful individual to everyone he crosses paths with. We believe a lot can be learned from his individual principals and values. He unofficially uses “We” pronouns just going to show how little he thinks of himself and puts forth all of what’s needed in a togetherness way. To thank Tag for all of the work he puts in as a family oriented man, Father, friend, and comrade, we wanted to do something for him. We wanted to extend to him in another way all the assistance he's given to us. The request is not to empty your wallets, but to give from your heart. Support is what we do and the hope is that we can do just that in this instance, show up and support our dear friend and comrade to go to the next level of academic achievement to expand his work portfolio as a scholar and college educator.
